ABOUT LUXE & LOVE CO BEAUTY

Luxe & Love Co Beauty is a luxury cosmetics brand founded by Lisa A. McDonald, rooted in the values of faith, hope, and resilience that shaped her early life in Sandusky, Ohio. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, Lisa dedicated over 25 years to education, serving as a teacher, mentor, and leader in various school districts.

At 31, Lisa faced a life-altering diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), compounded by a difficult divorce and the challenge of being a single mother to her young son, Quincee. Throughout her rigorous chemotherapy and radiation treatments, Lisa’s faith and the unwavering support of her family and friends became her anchors. This journey transformed her pain into purpose, leading her to become a motivational speaker and author, sharing her story of survival and advocating for early detection and awareness.

Inspired by her experiences, Lisa launched Luxe & Love Co Beauty to fill a void in the beauty industry. She believes every woman deserves access to luxury cosmetics that perform across all skin types and tones. Committed to creating products that empower women and are affordable, Lisa developed a line of vegan, cruelty-free cosmetics free from toxic ingredients, allowing women to look and feel beautiful every day.

As the owner of IMPAC Coaching and Consulting Group, Lisa also supports individuals and groups in realizing their potential, emphasizing personal empowerment and the importance of self-worth. Her dedication to community engagement is evident through initiatives like the “The Survivor In Me" Breast Cancer Awareness Scholarship, which awards scholarships to high school seniors affected by breast cancer.

Lisa is married to Omar Sr. and the proud mother of three, Quincee, Omar Jr. and Christopher. Her journey continues to inspire countless individuals, serving as a beacon of hope and resilience. Luxe & Love Co Beauty reflects her commitment to uplifting women, reminding them of their inherent value and strength.
